The first official DJ Fartbot release, Instinctive Obliteration (2008), is a collection of work spanning from 2006 to 2008 of various types of electronica and experimental music heavily influenced by ages of science fiction, video games, boredom, an overactive imagination, and paranoia. Various programs and hardware were used to make each song and the whole album as a whole was poorly documented and organized... so it's extremely inconsistent, but somehow consistent. This album is the musical equivalent of a sketchbook, it contains many songs that were very finished, polished, and took days/weeks to finish. It also contains many songs that were made quickly, like a sketch, and the original session files were never saved or will never be found.
